• The warranty card (if any) and the company's stamp on the product must be intact.
• The exchanged/returned product must include the box, user manual, accessories, and be unused.For customers purchasing remotely, you will bear the shipping, packaging, cash on delivery, and communication costs equivalent to 25% of the order value..
• Time to resolve exchange/return of goods

Within a maximum of 2 days (from the date the company receives the exchanged/returned goods), the company will resend the goods according to the information requested by you.
